What is the turnaround time?

Ready-made designs on the website are 3-5 business days for creating and packing. This is in addition to shipping times. 

Custom orders will vary on creating times. This will depend on current workload. The processing time will be discussed during the design process.

Can I make special request on ready-made designs?

Absolutely, I am a personalized, custom shop. Send us a message using the “Contact Us" page and I will do my best to accommodate changes. This may incur an up-charge depending on the request.

Do I sell my files to the readymade items?

No, I have made it my personal and business goal to offer original, creative designs and to offer unique one of a kind, keepsake products to my customers.

Can I return an item?

We do not offer returns. Products are custom ordered as well as made to order. You have 7 days after tracking says “DELIVERED” to contact me for any shipping damages or mistakes on our part. Please refer to our "Refund Policy" for more information.

My tracking number says “shipping label created, USPS awaiting item.” What does this mean?

This means your shipping label for your package has been created and I am beginning to process your order. I am either creating your items, or the package has been dropped off waiting to be scanned. I do not have control over when the post office scans the package.

What if my package is delayed?

Once the package is dropped off it is out of our control. 

A helpful tip: sign up for delivery notification when you receive your tracking number.

In the event of a delay, you will need to contact USPS with your tracking number. Unfortunately we cannot get any more information than you can with your tracking number. USPS may be able to get more in-depth information. 

PLEASE NOTE: during holidays some packages never get scanned or take longer than expected. Please plan accordingly. 

I DO NOT offer refunds for late delivery of packages. Please ensure you are ordering with plenty of time for processing and delivery. I do offer a few shipping speed during the checkout process.

Is my order lost since tracking hasn't updated?

Unfortunately once we have dropped off your package to the mail carrier it is out of our control and we have no way of knowing. Please reach out to USPS for further instruction.

My order says delivered but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?

If the tracking says delivered but you haven’t received it, please wait 1-2 days. I have noticed packages get scanned early then delivery within a few days. You can also ask your neighbors in case it was miss delivered. 

You will also need to contact USPS with your tracking number. 

If you suspect the package was stolen, you will need to file a police report and contact your local post office. Please inform me of the situation.

Can I cancel my order?

You have 24 hours from the time you place your order to cancel. 

I made an error on my shipping address, how do I fix it?

Contact me as soon as possible. If the package is with me, I can make the change. If the package has left I will try to return to me, but there may be additional fees for this service. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Do you offer a warranty?

None of my products come with a warranty. You have 7 days from when tracking says “DELIVERED” to contact me about any shipping incident that might have occurred.
